David A. Arkuss is an experienced litigator, having practiced law for over 38 years with some of Southern California’s leading law firms. He graduated from the University of Rochester, New York in 1975. Mr. Arkuss attended Southwestern University School of Law where he received his Juris Doctorate Degree in 1978. He has maintained a general civil litigation practice in California since that time. He is a skilled litigator with extensive experience in the areas of medical malpractice, elder abuse, products liability and general liability. Mr. Arkuss is a Member of the California Bar and is admitted to the U.S. District Court of California, Central District.
