Robert Y. Rhoten is admitted to practice before all Courts of the State of California and the United States District Court in the Central District of California. In addition, he served a Fellowship with the American Board of Trial Advocates.

Mr. Rhoten’s legal practice focuses on the representation of various health care providers, including physicians, nurses, skilled nursing facilities, and residential care facilities against medical malpractice, personal injury, and wrongful death claims.

Mr. Rhoten received his Bachelor of Science from Brigham Young University and graduated cum laude from Southwestern Law School. During his time in law school, he served as Lead Articles Editor for the Southwestern Law Review, externed at the Los Angeles Superior Court, and gained invaluable experience working at a prominent plaintiff personal injury law firm.

Mr. Rhoten is fluent in Spanish.
